Irata Rope Access

Members must be in Good Standing with IBEW 424 to qualify for course reimbursements. Please review approved training providers prior to scheduling training.

 

Course Objectives

 Rope Access workers use a double rope suspension systems and rigorous pre job setup methods to ensure that the most advanced safety measures are always taken.

For IRATA there are three progressive levels of training. The first level provides certification as a technician, Level II certification clears workers for setting up rigging, hauling and delivering for more advanced rescue services, and Level III is the Rope Access Supervisor Certification.

Most Rope access certifications last three years before renewal or re-qualification is necessary.

Approved for Reimbursement for eligible members upon successful completion. 

Maximum reimbursement amount is $1000.00 per lifetime.
