Institution Reimbursement Process

You have 6 months from the completion date of your course to submit your reimbursement information.

Criteria & Process for Application


Failure to do so will result in your reimbursement being denied

You must have completed your training prior to submitting this form.

 Prior to registering for outside training, contact EITCA to find out your eligibility status. 

 You must be eligible for Education Trust Fund Benefits at the time of commencement of Institutional Training.

Book and complete your training. 

Upon successful completion of institutional training complete the online submission form below. You have 6 months from the completion date of your course to submit your reimbursement information.

After 6 months, you must appeal to the Board of Trustees c/o The Electrical Training Centre:

Completing the Online Form

***You will need to include your IBEW 424 membership number, if you do not know it, contact EITCA. 

All fields with * are required.

Do not type any of the following characters in the below fields with the exception of DOB and Phone:  ~, #, %, & , *, {, }, , :, <, >, ?, /, |, “

Please note the required format for the following fields must be:

  • DOB: mm/dd/yyyy (numerical ie. 8/29/1970)
  • Phone:  xxx-xxx-xxxx

After you click SUBMIT, scroll up to the top of the window to view the green status bar indicating your form "was submitted successfully"

You must upload digital attachments (photos, screenshot, pdf) of both the course certificate and receipt.

Use your handheld devices to complete the online form below, photos of certificate and receipt can be attached from your device photo library. Tablets are available at the Training Centres and assistance will be available if required during business hours Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
