Canada Post Strike

As a result of the current Canada Post labour disruption, EBFA is not receiving inbound mail nor able to send outbound mail.  We do not have an end date for the labour disruption.

You are encouraged to submit your claims in-person at the Fund Office located at 4211-95 Street NW or via email at [email protected]

During the strike, claim reimbursements will not be mailed out.  Cheques may be collected directly from the Fund Office or you may arrange for pick-up at your own expense.

To authorize a third party to collect your cheque, a written request with the date and your wet signature is required.  The authorized party must show valid government ID before the cheque is released.

Plan members and service providers are encouraged to sign up for direct deposit for claim reimbursements.  The EFT – Claim Reimbursement Form and Provider EFT – Claim Reimbursement Form are available on the website.
