In the construction industry there is a high demand for increased, productivity, safety, product quality, and schedule performance. With an expectation of decreased re-work, and project total installed cost. Increasingly, clients are requiring that construction contractors, fabricators and engineering firms effectively implement and utilize WorkFace Planning to execute projects of all sizes.
Construction Industry Academy has developed a WorkFace Planning course designed to address all client concerns. This course is rigorous on the theory and practice of WorkFace Planning designed for individuals in leadership or management positions. The course focuses on practical approaches to WorkFace Planning implementation, introduces case studies and facilitates analysis of real world examples.
The Electrical Industry Education Trust fund of Alberta has contacted The Construction Industry Academy and expressed its interest in this training program. The EITCA Education Trustees have approved a pilot project allowing the Electrical Training Centre to schedule 3 WorkFace Planning courses. There are two delivery options for training:
