The Members, Officers and Staff of Local Union 424, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers would like to express our deep sadness at the passing of Brother Harold Reginald Taylor.
Harold Reginald Taylor beloved husband of Jean of Calgary, passed away on Friday, January 30, 2015 at the age of 80 years. Harold was the past business manager for IBEW Local 254 Electrical Workers and a trustee for Alberta Electrical Workers Health and Welfare and Pension Funds. He was a past president and board member of Inglewood Golf and Curling Club and a member of Good Sam – Wild Rose Chapter (Camping). His loves were his family, golf, red wine, dark chocolate and fine cigars. He enjoyed coaching Haysboro Hockey, putting up flags for the Olympics and volunteering for the Police/Fire Games. Besides his loving wife Jean of fifty-six years, Harold is survived by two sons Brad and Mark (Shelley); grandson Cody; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Fish Creek, 14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
