No-Show Policy

NO SHOW POLICY

EFFECTIVE April 1, 2011

This policy is to deal with qualified individuals who register for scheduled training and fail to show-up when that scheduled training is being delivered.

(i)    Cancellation - An individual can cancel his/her registration for training without penalty, providing he/she does so on or before noon of the normal work day prior to the scheduled training.

(ii)    Eligible beneficiaries are entitled to take training without a registration fee providing they consistently show up for that registered training.

(iii)    Individuals who have registered for scheduled training, and fail to show up for that scheduled training will be required to pay a registration fee of $10 per hour based on the length of the course at the time of registering, for the next course, or courses, including those that they may have already registered to participate.  This fee will be refunded upon successful completion of the training.”
